Delivery Information

We print Milton & Manor fabrics to order and therefore an allowance of 5-6 weeks is required. If small amounts are required it is possible we may hold some in stock and if this is the case we will endeavour to get them out to you within 2 working days following receipt of payment.

Any fabric by the metre orders under 5 metres will be batched and produced together, so may take a little longer before being dispatched.

Our kitchenware, giftware and cushions are held in stock (subject to availability) and we aim to despatch orders within 2 working days, please allow up to 4 working days during busy seasons. Delivery will be made by our carriers to the address supplied by you.

Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be shipped using a next day service (excluding kitchenware, giftware and cushions, which are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) and you will be notified by the carrier when your order is dispatched. Fabric orders are dispatched direct from our supplier once they are ready, all other items are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders containing multiple products may be delivered separately. The carrier will deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.

Milton & Manor fabrics not in stock can take up to 6 weeks for delivery, in extreme situations. FREE postage and packaging for fabric swatches will be for mainland UK only. Postage and packaging charges for fabric, cushions, footstools, kitchenware and giftware orders will be for mainland UK only. UK orders over £89 qualify for FREE shipping.

Returns and Refunds

When selecting products we always put quality first and we inspect every item prior to dispatch, however, if your goods are damaged in transit or deemed faulty please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our customer support department by email.

Please note that fabric which has been cut to a particular length for a customer cannot be refunded. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you order swatches before making your purchase.

Cushions that are handmade to order are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless damaged in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods before accepting them from the carrier.

Other online purchases can be returned for a refund within 28 days of the day on which the goods were received. Please tell us the reason why you are returning the item by contacting our customer support department by , before you return the item. Once this period has elapsed, Milton & Manor will refund or replace only at their discretion on a case by case basis.

It is recommended that upon returning goods to us, a proof return is obtained for security purposes. We ask that you return your goods in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. No refund or exchange will be processed for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. Delivery charges will not be refunded, unless goods are found to be faulty or damaged. No claim will be entertained once fabric has been cut or used in any way.
